The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented and self-driven Infrastructure Engineer to join our Los Angeles team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our product and grow with us as we scale. You'll have a significant impact in making our solution available to our customers globally, while working in an exciting environment with ambitious goals.
What You'll Do
- Configure, deploy, and maintain deployments of our NextJS/Supabase web application as well as peripheral infrastructure
- Extend and develop observability and logging standards
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine product direction
- Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest implementations that could benefit our platform
- Help establish best practices and standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with modern infrastructure engineering practices such as Docker/Terraform
- Experience working as part of a software engineering team
- Experience managing observability and deployments of NextJS / Supabase
- Strong understanding of data privacy and data security regulations and practices
- Quick learner willing to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with changing priorities
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to advocate for what’s necessary to push the team forward

- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity and risk
- Understanding that workloads may vary depending on the environment
- Excitement about aerospace and fintech
- Previous startup experience (a plus, but not required)
- Have built stuff that you’re proud of showing off
